Should I change back to my old skateboard wheels?
Should I change back to my old skateboard wheels?Today I replaced my 54mm x 30mm wheels with a 54mm x 48mm wheels just to see how well the ride will be over rough roads, cracks, bumps etc. Mybig fat skatewheels are the old school kind and..I dont seem to like it but it looks good on a skateboard as it adds the longboard style. The fat wheels I have on now spins more under a finger flick but..when I skate on roads, the speed is not as fast as my old skinnier wheels. I notice I have to PUSH more and CARVE less to keep up in motion and move.. It takes alot of energy. Comparively, my older skinny wheels requires less push to keep moving but spins less under a finger flick I guess cuz of the wheel's size momentum . Should I change back to my old skinny wheels 54mm x 30 just for the speed sake of my board?? Notice how both sets of wheels have the same size in length. List down PROS & CONS if you can..Best answer may get full points.

Is it ok to put old skateboard wheels in bleach to help clean and whiten them? Or will it break them down?
